Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens and clothing, contributing to a positive experience for our guests.

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels according to established procedures.

• Inspect items for stains, damages, or wear and report issues to the appropriate department.

• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines and dryers.

• Follow proper handling and storage of clean and soiled linens.

• Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of laundry supplies.

• Collaborate with housekeeping and other staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens.

• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.

• Perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment and report any malfunctions.

• Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant or in a similar role is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.

• Ability to operate and maintain laundry equipment.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Basic understanding of fabric care and laundry procedures.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
