Reporting to the Director of Agronomy, this position plays a vital role in maintaining a championship-level golf course. The key focus of a Golf Course Maintenance is ensuring the condition of the golf course is upheld and maintained and ensuring members and guests at The Club have a pristine experience. 

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the golf course, including greens, fairways, tee boxes, and surrounding areas.

• Operating equipment in a safe manner to maintain the golf course.

• Refilling water coolers, cleaning benches, filling ball washer stations throughout the golf course.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks around the maintenance shop & Snack Shack patio.

• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in custodial or groundskeeping work preferred.

• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as cleaning.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
