Job Summary

Reporting to the Banquet Manager, the Banquet Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service at Club banquet and special events. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience by providing attentive, professional, and efficient service in alignment with the Club’s high standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare cocktails and other drinks
  • Pour wine and beer to guests
  • Serve food and beverage and take payment when required
  • Check guests identification if they look under the age of 25
  • Refuse liquor sales or service to minors and people who appear intoxicated
  • Clear tables
  • Keep work areas clean and tidy

Qualifications

  • Valid ProServe
  • 1- 2 years previous banquets or serving experience

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule which includes, weekends and some holidays
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
