Job Summary
Reporting to the Banquet Manager, the Banquet Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service at Club banquet and special events. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience by providing attentive, professional, and efficient service in alignment with the Club’s high standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Pour wine and beer to guests
- Serve food and beverage and take payment when required
- Check guests identification if they look under the age of 25
- Refuse liquor sales or service to minors and people who appear intoxicated
- Clear tables
- Keep work areas clean and tidy
Qualifications
- Valid ProServe
- 1- 2 years previous banquets or serving experience
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule which includes, weekends and some holidays
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
